How do I set timouts in Oracle 9i?
Is it possible to set timout for transactions, updates, inserts, ...?
I have a table that uses BLOB to store large images(<20Mb). When I try to save an image that is 10Mb it runs 1 time out of 10. When I save images of 5Mb it works all the time so I think there must be a timeout somewhere...
