error while trying db replication

I am trying db replication.
When I try to add master site , the error happen

ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object repadmin.sys_at_db2.try

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2
ORA-02085: database link WORKER2.WLS connects to WORKER2
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPCAT_UTL", line 3671
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPCAT_MAS", line 1896
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REPCAT", line 121
ORA-06512: at line 2

any one can tell me why ??
