Faiover scripts for Oracle on HP UNIX

Hi

We have several processing servers with a common disk array. All the oracle datafiles are located on this disk array. We are looking for a automated failover script that continues processing when one of the processing servers go down. So another server has to take over the processing.
Anyone did something simular?
