comp.databases.oracle.server
comp.databases.oracle is the *old* all purpose newsgroup, which should better have been deleted.
.server everything that comes with the Oracle database CD (so
sql*loader is NOT a tool)
.tools Developer, Designer, Jdeveloper
.misc anything not in one of those categories, and 3rd party apps
