Reinstall the same version of Oracle software on WIN2000 but you need
to create a database again.
Just create an instance using ORADIm (better give it the same name as
the old database name).
And by placing the controlfiles,initialization files, password
files,datafiles and logfiles, you should be ablt to access the
database.
