Installing Oracle816 on Win2k Advanced Server makes http disappear

I installed Oracle 816 client software only on a Windows 2k Advanced Server that is set up with clustering and the web server seems to have disappeared.
IIS services are started and working but when I try to get to the server via the browser using either the computer name or ip address, i keep getting redirected to the microsoft msn search engine.
It looks like its finding the web server but when it tries to serve up pages, its not working for some reason.
