Formating Problems when Printing From OracleApps to a HP8100

Hi,
I am trying to print reports from (the front end of) Oracle Applications 11i to an HP 8100 LaserJet. I have registered my printer successfully using the following types: HPLP, HPLJ4, HPLJ4SI but the formatting is never quite right.

For example, when it is defined as an HPLJ4 and I print a Landscape, it prints 57 lines on the first page, and then prints 9 on the second.  The third pages is then labeled page 2 and it starts over again.

I think I need to create my own drivers but I am confused by the Initialization string. Does anyone have initialization strings for the HP 8000 series? Is there anywhere where I can learn the syntax so I can write my own?
