Oracle 8i install on Win2K. Please help.

Hello All,
I'm trying to install Oracle 8i Enterprise on W2K Server. I have enough ram,
disk space, etc. The problem is when autorun.exe starts, splash window
appears and after selecting Install/Deinstall Products, installation aborts
with no error message.
Any idea?
