TNSListener80 can not be started

The TNSListener80 service can not be started after I install Oracle v8.05 server on WindowsNT workstation. There is an error message shown as following when I manage to start that service manually. "Could not start the OracleTNSListener80 Service Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly" Received on Sat Jan 05 2002 - 17:25:41 CET
