ORAOLEDB.DLL best version for 8.1.6 ?

Hi - I'm running ASP scripts accessing 8.1.6 via ADO using the OraOLEDB driver. Sometimes they work fine, sometimes they crash with 'Unspecified Error 0x80004005'.
The same scripts run flawlessly on an 8.1.7 box. The 'problem child' is W2000 SP2, MDAC 2.52.6019.0 with ORAOLEDB.DLL 8.1.6.0.
I know there are later versions of this driver, can anyone tell me the most up to date ORAOLEDB.DLL for using with 8.1.6 with W2K (a URL where to get it would be nice).
