Migual, the Oracle Tools: forms, reportwriter, and rpt have not come with the database for quite some time. They are a separate product and the current versions of these tools install into a seperate Oracle home. Actually the most recent versions are part of 9iAS.

More than likely if you are running reportwriter 1.1 (which we just retired a couple months ago) then your system probably had links in the Oracle home to an older version or the old binary was physically copied into the 7.3 home. Since you are moving to a new machine you are out of luck unless you can obtain an old release to get these off of. These items should have been upgraded before you made the move.
