Bind and fetch SQLT_NUM

I'm having trouble retrieving a NUMBER column using OCI. I'm binding using SQLT_NUM and I'm expecting the result to be 2 but I'm getting 961. Received on Tue Nov 06 2001 - 19:56:24 CET
