Trouble with accessing oracle database from Microsoft ADO.
I'm working in a big company and have developed a general excel sh
eet
for getting data from oracle.
All 2000 pc's should have the same basisprograms (microsofts), but about
10-20% gives an error when trying to connect via MSADORACLE
It says the provider is not found
our SPECIALISTS can not find out what is missing (and he really want to
find out because it doesot work frm his own pc) (He has an fallback : it is possible to login using odbc and then
continues by using the ADO routines...)
We have mdac 3.0
