If that doesn't work, I got to it by going into the metalink tech library, selecting data server, white papers, and looking for standby.
Remember, it is a copy of the production database, so if you follow all the rules, the other management productions "should" work. The db_name is the same.
More people follow comp.databases.oracle.server, methinks.
