I am new to Oracle and it has been a while since I have done any programming with Oracle but in the 8.05 days I could download the Oracle client so that I could communicate with the Oracle DB. I am now going to work with 8i and cannot locate the client software...where is it...has it been retired to oracle db heaven and replaced with a young new client of some sort...anybody know where it is....
