Oracle Lite is a small footprint database designed primarily to allow laptops and other mobile devices to use a database. The big feature of Lite (aside from it's base under-1M memory and 5M disk footprint when disk is required) is that it can sync with Oracle Enterprise using advanced replication. More info at
