Oracel8.1.7 with Microsoft IIS and MTS/Max processes exceeded

Hi,
I have Oracle8.1.7 database with Microsoft IIS server and
MTS 2.0 working with VB/ASP application. Ocassionally I get this error
Oracle processes exceeded. I can not go beyond certain
number for Oracle processes because of memory limitations.
How can I pool connections from the web server. I do not know how to predict number of connections I will have If I get 5000 users on to the web site. How does pooling work on IIS and what would be ideal setting to have predicatable load.
