- http://technet.oracle.com/docs/products/oracle8i/doc_index.htm - I recommend the Concepts guide and the 8i Administrators Guide. These answered a lot of my questions surrounding the architecture, security, etc. I think these are the best place to start.
- http://www.microsoft.com/technet/SQL/Technote/oracle.asp and http://www.bristle.com/Tips/SQL.htm (these give a comparison)
- http://govt.oracle.com/~tkyte/ -- good developer site. 4 http://www.uaex.edu/srea/
