Yes you can..at least on the ones I've written, you can mark questions to review later, or, just click on a "Previous" button.. I don't know if the exams are in the same format all over the world, but that's what I've seen in Canada..I'm one of those who goes with my first instinct if I'm not sure about a question so I don't review much while I'm in the exam personally..I'd be more likely to turn correct answers into wrong ones than the other way around :)
