Retrieve records via a SP using ADO

I have written a SP thet is going to return 20 and 20 records from a search. How can I get the procedure to return records from a search ?

I have written a COM+ component that are calling the proc with parameters and I want to return the records into a recordset. In SQLServer it is easy, you just run the select statement but in Oracle nothing is returned.
