it's about the "Oracle and Odbc Template Library - OTL". It's pretty good; with it you don't have to hack OCI API anymore... without losting the full functionality/performance of OCI (I hope... at least is what Kuchin says).

Well, at least you can hack his code to see how he handles streams and OCI.
