Check your DBMS JOBS. You probably have a broken job.

The Oracle 8.1.5 runs on Redhat 6.2.
I need to create a replica rep1 for table table1, I've created the
snapshot log for table1 and created a snapshot rep1 with options "refesh
fast next sysdate + 1/1440". However, it does not refresh
automatically. When I use DBMS SNAPSHOT.REFRESH ALL to force update,
rep1 is updated, but I found the field LAST REFRESH in USER SNAPSHOTS
showed "1-JAN-1950"...
Does anyone know what cause the problem? Many thanks.
