Oracle itself doesn't release any ODBC drivers for Unix. If you want to connect to the Linux RDBMS from a Windows OS, then you can use the Oracle provided drivers. If you want to use the ODBC driver for a Linux application, then you need to try a 3rd party vendor. I don't know if any of them have picked up Linux yet, try Intersolv.
