Upgrading from 7.3.3. to 7.3.4

Hi all,
I have 7.3.3 installed and now I have 7.3.4 which is not an upgrade but a complete one. How should I go about installing it? Should I simply installed it on the top of 7.3.4 or should I uninstall 7.3.3 first. I do have a lot of 7.3.3 databases. What do I have to do to upgrade them. I guess it is not a major release, therefore they should work with 7.3.4.
I also plan to install 8.0 in the future. How can I upgrade 7.3.3. databases to 8.0?
