we are working with Lite 3.6 currently and I think it is a great product if you are using it for the purpose it was made for. If you want a good desktop database that can support PL/SQL etc., your only choice is to start with a personal Oracle Database. Replication works well in a Lite Database and you have to remember that Lite only supports snapshot based ( Read-only and Updatable) replication.
