Trouble with installation of PeopleSoft

Hello,
I have an error message popping up when I try to install PeopleSoft 7 Single User HRMS on my system.
The system configuration is:
Pentium III, 500 MHz
128M RAM, 19G Hard disk, Windows 98.
The error message is:
"An error occured during the move data process: -119"
in a dialog box. If I click OK, it uninstalls whatever it has
installed and quits.
I suspect Windows 98. Please help! I have to decide whether to install NT which is going to be painful with the peripherals I have or to return the system which I otherwise like.
