PROJECT MANAGERS, TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS & TRAINEES OVERVIEW
Dataspace Incorporated (http://www.dspace.com), a leader in data warehousing and decision support is searching for individuals to join our offices in Chicago, Detroit and Kansas City.

Our explosive growth allowed us to quadruple in size in 1998. 1999 promises similar growth. To address this challenge we are looking for individuals with the following experience:

• Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Informix, Sybase)
• Data warehouse experience
• Reporting and/or data movement tool experience
• Project management skills

DUTIES
These positions provide excellent opportunities to further develop your warehousing and management skills. Dataspace consultants are given a wide variety of assignments. Over time you will:
- Help companies gather and interpret user requirements

• Help companies develop reporting system strategies
• Model data warehouse data structures
• Design tools and methods for: building, populating, and accessing the warehouse
• Implement a variety of client-server technologies
• Manage data warehouse projects
• Work with the most accomplished group of data warehousing professionals around

COMPENSATION
We understand that persons with the background we seek are in high demand. We, therefore, offer a salary and bonus package worth up to $100,000 per year. Our compensation package includes:
- Base salary

• Performance based bonuses (5 - 10% of base salary)
• Delivery bonuses for work on fixed-fee projects
• Full health insurance
• 10 Vacation days per year
• 7+ Company holidays per year
• 401K plan with matching employer contributions

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements vary by position. We always look for:
- Client - server computing experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Aggressiveness and self-assurance
• Winning attitude

While, data warehousing experience is desireable, depending on the position, it may not be required.
