How do i do this in Oracle

We need to give our clients an ID and password.When they fill out our forms they just type in their ID and JavaScript automatically fills the form and they can at that time edit the information and submit it to us. Right know we have it so clients can type the ID and Pass and submit it to our database (MiniSQL) and It fills the form within a few seconds. I like to do this without doing the submit.
