Database output media generation.

I'm currently at the analysis stage of a financial transaction system. I require a module that outputs company reports to up to 9 different formats (E-mail, disk, printed paper, web, BBS etc....) from an Oracle dB. Is there an existing application that can do this or be customized to fulfill the requirements.
