I have used SQLBacktrack with ADSM on AIX. It is a pretty handful tool. You need to set up a profile (specifying the instance name,type of backup....)for each backup . Then you need to schedule this profile through a cron job.
Export and Datafile backups are possible. One problem with export is that while importing back, it does not clean the existing data in the tables. So you can end up with double data.
