All Headers Missing in Reports

In Oracle Inventory, i have written a .sql file to generate a report in which i include several lines of statements for column headers. When i run the .sql file only, those headers printed as expected. But when i call it from the concurrent manager in Oracle Inventory, a report is sucessfully generated but all headers disappear!
Why? And what should i do?
