Time Series Cartridge

I intend storing a large collection of temporal information about opening
times for shops etc. and performance times for theatre and cinema shows etc.
These all tend to be quite varied and irregular.
I have been considering using the Oracle Time Series Cartridge but I get the
impression that it is more appropriate to handling historical data
acquisition (time series, funnily enough!).  Is there any value in using
this cartridge for my application or should I simply consider structuring
this data within the core functionality of the database?



Typical things I'd want to store are, eg.
1.  8th - 29th May, Mon-Thu 09:30-10:30,11:40-12:00,15:30-16:00(except
21-22nd May), Fri. 15:00-15:30 only

2.  Every second Tuesday at 8pm.
3.  21st of the month or next Monday if this is a weekend.
4. 1st Tuesday in the month at 9am.
5.  29th August - 14th Sept. Weekdays 16:30-18:00, Weekends 17:00-18:30,


15th Sept. - 12th Nov. Weekdays and weekends  17:00-18:30  (also Thursdays
13:00-14:30)



If anyone has any advice on storing this sort of data then I'd be very
grateful for the advice.
