HACMP and Enterprise Server

I would like to know what the pros and cons of anyone running HACMP with a 2 node environment and Oracle 7.3 Enterprise Server. I have seen many posting with OPS but none with Enterprise Server.
Is it possible under the standby mode, I know under concurrent mode it is not possible without OPS.
