We have NT 4.0, SQL Server 6.5, and Oracle 7.3.3 running on the same box. The issues are just the ones you might expect: You need plenty of memory and plenty of resources on the system. BTW, we only do it for compatibility testing with a piece of software that supports both platforms, so I've never tried to run it in production that way.
