?Books on embedded SQL for Oracle

To all Database Gurus:
Please suggest comprehensive books/manuals that have:
- Use of ESQL with C++ (not C!)
- Use of STL for dealing with the retrieved data.
- Use of pre-processors (like Pro*C) or use of OCI. (dealing with oracle D/B)
Book(s) that is/are most helpful for a back-end programmer dealing with oracle databases; a programmer who loves STL as much as he hates C (and malloc()!) :-))
Any response would be greatly appreciated.
