Forms 4.5.7.0.10 (32 bit) Radio Button Selection ---- HELP required

While trying to execute the Sample Executable of Forms 4.5 \orant\forms45\tutorial\sample.fmx

System won't allow to re-select the Payment Type i.e Cash OR Credit.

The Radio Button is always staying _at_ Cash, it is not possible to reselect the Credit Radio Button.

Does any one come accross this problem ?

I have tried in Windows NT Platform and Oracle Version is 7.3.3
