Intelligent Agent setup

I am trying to install the Oracle intelligent Agent on Netware. I have setup the SNMP file, listener, sqlnet, tnsnames files. But it does not work. In the lsnrctl when I do status I clearly see that SNMP is off. How do I set it on? Also, what is the process to start the intelligent agent!???!?!?!?!

Any help will be appreciated!
