Error: Companion oraweb process failed ? Need help ?

Got a listener called cdwlsn on a Oracle Webserver 3.0
running under Solaris 2.5 and Oracle 7.3.3.0.0p1
Listener listens on port 49190 and works fine.
BUT:
As soon as i configure this listener to use SSL on the same port
(i've got valid certificate files and all that stuff accessible and
configured properly) the listener start fails with:

Oracle itself so far couldn't help it !
