How should i make a column like this?

I know that D2K allows developers creat columns in the forms. There is a built-in trigger to handle this. Now, i have 15 rows ('rollable') in a form and i need to creat a column for inputing some other figures, say estimated sales. Each 'box' in the column is referring to a row.

How should i make a column to do this? (pls dont tell me to creat one in the table. :) )
