Looking for a good Capacity Planning/Modeling software

Have anyone heard of capacity modeling/planning software ?  Our shop
runs a OLTP application on HPUX v10 with Oracle as database.  I'm
looking for a product which allows periodic system capacity planning to
be carried out.
