POSITION:
Lead Data Administrator

CLIENT:
Self directed workgroup responsible for information engineering, heavy involvement in the new product development process at a telecommunications services provider in the Midwest.  

Exciting leading edge environment.

LOCATION:
Chicago Area

COMPENSATION:
Total package to $75,000 plus, extensive benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support data management activities, providing consulting and facilitation services to development staff and creating/executing detailed plans for the corporate data management function. Heavy user contact.

REQUIREMENTS:
Three years experience as a Senior Analyst in an Application Development organization, including full SDLC exposure and thorough understanding of modern design disciplines. Must have prior experience with data modeling tools, upper CASE e.g., ERWin, Paradigm. Specific tool not as important as depth of understanding of the tool you have employed.

Facilitation and consulting duties require exceptional interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal, at multiple management levels, both IT technical and business managers/decision makers.
