Oracle install on Windows NT

After installing Oracle for Windows NT the listener would not start. Oracle software was installed on F: partition. Listener seemed to expect configuration files ?? in C: partition. Any help would be appreciated Received on Fri Nov 22 1996 - 00:00:00 CET
