As of 7/1/96, SQL*Net V1 is no longer a supported product. If you need V1 to connect to a remote database, its because they're running the V1 listener. V1 was still shipping with Server releases prior to 7.3, so you should be able to get it from Oracle Client Relations at 415-506-1500.
