DBMS_JOB

I would like to set up a job in oracle to run every Sunday when we do backup to copy fnd_concurrent_requests to a history table for use in analyzing run times of concurrent process in ORACLE Financials/Manufacturing. We purge our fnd_concurrent_requests table nightly because of the growth of this table daily. We keep the last 7 days of data.

I am aware of a package called dbms_job where a job can be submitted on a recurring basis but can't find any documentation on how to use this proc. Anybody have knowledge of dbms_job and how to archive fnd_concurrent_requests table?
