You load the 7.3.2.1 CD ROM,
then you set and EXPORT, or setenv, your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to /cdrom/oracle/lib:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH} # there is a bug noted in the install docs then invoke the installer.
SQL*NET is one of the installable tools. Then, you more than likely will use SQL*NET on NT to create the necessary listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files.
