Dussan,

Current version of SQL Navigator is a 16 bit app which is certified to work on Win95 and WinNT.
In fact, there are a number of sites successfully using SQL Navigator on Win95 and WinNT.
You do need the 16bit SQL*Net and RSF installed for this version.

The 32bit version with even faster native oracle connectivity and new features(free upgrade) comes along in December.

Please e-mail support_at_technosolutions.com and they could get you up and running.
