Oracle on OS/390?

Does anyone have any information regarding Oracles recent announcement of the availability of Oracle Application for the IBM OS/390 platform?

My company wants to put Oracle Express Server on our IBM S390 as opposed to a UNIX or NT platform.

All opinions/experiences would be appreciated.
