View compressed file in long raw field through Form 4.5

Hi, people out there

You know, Oralce*Forms is able to view a long data field by a third party word processor if the data in the long data field is ASCII format. In some cases, I would like put ASCII file in compressed format in the long raw data field in order to save space. The question is how to view such a field in Form 4.5. Any idea?
