Dear Sir,

Have you counted "supply of talent overseas" in East Europe, former SU, India, South East Asea?

Probably you have never been in US University to calculate, how many people "overseas" are there? I am not talking about High Education "overseas".

Who do you think would supply IS industry in future? Los Angeles Unify School District, where 20% teachers can't calculate 50% from 9.04 without calculator?

If you have solid stat data, let us know. I am working for the 2nd company in US, and "overseas" people in each of them (in LA, CA) more then 70%.

        Eugene.
