Parallel Query Problem ORA 12801

I have a couple of stored procedures that are called via the DMBS_JOB package. After altering the tables by adding DEGREE PARALLEL and setting this to 2. These procedures stopped executing properly and returning Oracle Error

ORA-12801 error signaled in parallel query server P004: ORA-02391 exceeded simultaneous SESSIONS_PER_USER limit, maximum 0.

The profile for the user executing the procedure and owning the tables is set to unlimited.

Any suggestions?
